Our Story

It all started with a love of food!

Back in 2015 four brothers opened their first restaurant. CSONS had a simple formula; focus on the best local seasonal produce and create insanley tasty dishes using inspiration from around the world. Then serve them up with the friendliest service in town and welcome everyone. SourCed pizza is the third restaurant in the family and is built with the exact same formula albeit on top of an amazing sourdough base!

The Ortizan is delicious. This is lovely modern pizzeria in a charming cobbled mews. The ingredients are high quality and full of flavour, especially the mushrooms. Tasty local Perry, and a divine chocolate mousse cake.

Absolutely delicious pizza and friendly service. We ate here this evening and we were absolutely bowled over by the pizzas. They were honestly the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I have tried loads of pizzas around the world. Italian, Argentinian, American. I can say, this is (by far), among the top 3 - worldwide. Incredible flavour. Fully recomended. I actually asked the service lady, to visit the kitchen and see how is all done. Congratulations to the owners and workers of sourCed pizza, for having achieved such a great product. It is worth deviating to Ludlow, just to eat at your pizzeria. Fantastico. Bravo.
